The Penn Muslim Students Association (MSA) is requesting a room reservation to host a Qiyam Night (late-night voluntary prayer gathering) for students. This will be a spiritually focused event including congregational prayer. The space will be used respectfully for prayer and worship purposes. The gathering will be calm and organized, supervised by MSA board members, and the space will be used respectfully for worship purposes. We will ensure the room is left clean and returned to its original condition in accordance with university policies. This updated request reflects the correct timing and date.
