Drum Circle De-Stress

Come beat the stress with a noisy, collective release after the first weeks of class! Group rhythm-making is fun, energizing, and proven to reduce stress. We’ll have plenty of simple percussion instruments (buckets, shakers, hand drums) and snacks. The circle will be led by faculty fellow and percussionist Jasmine. No musical experience needed—just bring your energy and good vibes! I mean, can you really say you’ve experienced college without participating in at least one drum circle?
