First Floor Welcome Back Celebration

Melatonin Mocktails

Take some time from a busy semester for some rest and relaxation! Enjoy a Gregory “sleepover” fit with mocktails tailored for better sleep, snacks that help promote a healthy sleep, and a discussion about why sleep is important and how we can change our daily habits (especially in our evenings) to encourage a healthy sleep schedule.

Let’s Taco Bout Sex, Baby!

Think you know a lot about sex? Test your knowledge with a fun jeopardy night with your peers. We will be serving a QDoba dinner for those interested in competing. After jeopardy, we will discuss sexual health, resources on campus, and contraceptives. We’ll also be passing out free contraceptive goodie bags, so join us before they run out!

Sunset, Snacks, and Serenity

Take both a physical and mental break from Penn and join us for an evening down by the river! We will take a stroll down Walnut, enjoy a picnic with snacks, and listen to a guided mediation. A picturesque way to take a deep breath (both physically and literally) from all the stressors in our lives. We will also discuss healthy ways to cope with stress during tough times like midterm season.
