There are lots of ways to get involved at Harrison! Here are some of the ways we create programming to help you get connected:
Program Communities at Harrison

HarrisonQ
HarrisonQ is a safe and celebratory place to explore LGBTQ+ identities, community, history, and advocacy.
Harrison Values Programming
In addition to our motto, we have four values in Harrison College House. We encourage all residents to live these values fully and authentically. Our values are:
- Curiosity: Seeking to explore new knowledge, both in our academic and social lives.
- Welcome: We welcome and embrace different perspectives and identities to make our house a home.
- Service: Living our house motto “not for the self, but for everyone,” we give back to our neighbors both within our house and the surrounding community.
- Wellness: Taking care of our mind and body so that we can be a well-balanced community member.
CIMS 1800 Film in Residence Program
Led by Faculty Fellow Nicola Gentili, residents are invited to join us for movies and discussions throughout the semester. With a new theme each semester, you can count on a variety of films and genres throughout the year. Students can take this class for .5 CUs, or drop in to watch films as their schedule allows. Pizza is always provided for those who come to watch the film!
CIMS 1800 Film Culture in Residence
This flexible and immersive cinema experience introduces students to a wide range of films to learn about the art form. The list of movies will engage our viewers in such fundamental issues through many different film genres, narratives and cinematic experiences.
Two Term Class, Student must enter first term; credit given after both terms are complete
