Stouffer Faculty Director Prof. Carmen Alvarez is co-author of a publication outlining an initiative led by Prof. Eileen T. Lake in the Nursing school to partner with the Pan American Health Organization and World Health Organization to improve the supply of nurses and midwives in the Caribbean region.
