Penn Student Film Festival
Curated by Nicola M. Gentili (Penn CIMS & Harrison College House), the annual Penn Student Film Festival is a unique opportunity for Penn students to showcase their films!
Launched in 2003 as the passion project of a Stouffer resident, CHAS has continued hosting the festival for more than twenty years, spotlighting the creativity and imagination of Penn students both behind and in front of the camera.

Film Culture Program Community
Gregory's long-running Film Culture program screens at least four films per week in the House's dedicated Film Lounge, followed up with a discussion of the film's themes, techniques, and the effect it has on the viewer, moderated by program staff. Participants can even earn credit for viewing and participating in the discussions.

Harrison CIMS 1800 Film in Residence Program
Led by Harrison College House Fellow Nicola Gentili, residents are invited to join class members and Housemates for movies and discussions throughout the semester. With a new theme each semester, residents can count on a variety of films and genres throughout the year. Students can take the CIMS1800 "Film in Residence" class to earn .5 CUs with appropriate participation, or can drop in to watch films as their schedule allows. Pizza is always provided for those who come to watch the film!
