Thrive Scholars Winter Event

I am a campus director for an organization called Thrive Scholars. For my semester event requirement, I would like to host a winter social for Thrive Scholars on campus, estimated to be around 25 people total in attendance. I'd like 3 hours in the room for set up and clean up. There will be donuts and hot chocolate catered for scholars.
