I understand that if approved, I must schedule a walkthrough of the MPR with the Gutmann College House Team at least 2 weeks prior to the event date

I understand that if approved, I am responsible for trash removal, cleaning and resetting the space after my event. I am aware that I am responsible for any personal items left in the MPR after my event. I am aware that Gutmann does not have a ‘Lost and Found’ and is not responsible for any items.
