Hill Research Fellow alum uncovers paucity of Pennsylvania pretrial data

Leo Solga, C'26, has been studying the magisterial courts of Pennsylvania since he began his research as Hill College House's Undergraduate Research Fellow in 2023. Solga, who also served as a Resident Advisor (RA) in Hill, has published his findings about pretrial detention in Pennsylvania in Penn Law's Journal of Law & Social Change, and CAS's Omnia profiled him and his research recently.
