Casual brunch is paired with a short interactive talk about sleep cycles, caffeine timing, blue light, and “sleep myths.” Residents get handouts + QR codes linking to Penn wellness info. The social food element draws turnout; the educational piece adds value and supports actual behavior change. Students rotate through relaxation stations: self-massaging, guided stretching, breathing exercises, and calming tea. RA presents a short “reset checklist” (sleep, hydration, scheduling, boundaries) to support wellness. Focus is on realistic coping, not toxic positivity.
