Hosting an RA event: Residents will participate in a “baking competition” where they will be split into two groups ( Sophia’s Residents and Deimy’s Residents) and use teamwork, collaboration, and communication in order to create the best decorated cupcakes. Other RA’s will come in as unbiased judges, to pick a winning team. At the end we will all eat cupcakes, giving residents a chance to bond.
