Tealight Ceremony

Begin your Penn journey by becoming part of one of Riepe's most meaningful traditions. During the Tealight Ceremony, you'll take a quiet moment to reflect on the exciting year ahead by writing a letter to your future sophomore self. Your letter will be placed inside the Riepe Time Capsule and safely kept until the end of your freshman year, when you'll receive it back at our annual Sophomore Send-Off celebration.

Join us for an evening of reflection, community, and new beginnings while meeting your Resident Advisor, House Director, House Fellows, and fellow first-year students. Enjoy complimentary snacks, capture memories and celebrate the start of your Riepe experience.
