Hi, my name is Jesus Vaca-Garcia and I am the Vice President of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda, Fraternity, Inc. This event challenges traditional (often Eurocentric) definitions of “professionalism” and reframes style as a form of cultural expression, self-definition, and strategic navigation in spaces where men of color remain underrepresented. We plan on hosting a a dynamic panel + experiential event designed for college students exploring how style, self-presentation, and identity intersect within professional, academic, and corporate spaces. Inspired by movements like Black and Brown dandyism and modern professional branding, this event examines how clothing and confidence can act as tools of resistance, empowerment, and success
