This Breast Cancer Awareness event brings our community together to support and uplift women and men impacted by breast cancer. Attendees will take part in assembling thoughtful care packages that will be donated to a local Philadelphia organization dedicated to breast cancer awareness and support. The event will also feature medical professionals who will provide valuable insight into breast cancer’s manifestation in Black men and women, highlighting disparities, early detection, and available resources. Through combining education, advocacy, and direct community support, we hope to spread awareness, offer resources, and provide tangible comfort to those affected by breast cancer.
