CHAS Technology celebrates its 2025-26 student team

CHAS Technology hosted a an end-of-year luncheon for its student workers to give them an opportunity to come together after classes had ended. It also provided CHAS Tech a chance to honor the graduating seniors, congratulating them on their accomplishment. Additionally, graduating students who met a certain tenure with CHAS Tech were gifted CHAS Technology-branded graduation sashes.
The idea of having sashes came about as a result of direct, independent feedback received from several students during the Fall semester: "It would be so nice to have a sash to walk across the Commencement stage to commemorate my time here."
"It was a phenomenal idea," said Dan Meeks, CHAS Tech's senior IT Support Specialist. "We were, admittedly, humbled at the idea that they were proud of having been part of our team throughout their time as a Penn student and wanted to put that on display at Commencement. We presented the sashes to those seniors who were able to make it, and distributed the few who couldn't make it after the fact."
CHAS Tech is proud of the connection they were able to make with the graduating seniors on their team, and hopes to continue making an impact on students who choose to work with them as a co-curricular to their scholarly obligations and social lives.
